The service engineer observed that the roll cylinder in the table was leaking. He removed and replaced the cylinder and tested the table to verify proper function. Internal capa issued.

Prior to the procedure, the neuro lead noticed that the table top was tilted supine patient right. He informed the surgeon and the staff. They proceeded to bring the patient into the room and set up the room. The patient was in the supine position and non-pinned. Within a short time, the operating room (or) staff observed that the tilt of the table top was more substantial. They elected to move the patient to a different or and complete the procedure there. There was no patient injury reported.
