A customer in (b)(6) notified biom? Rieux of potential contamination associated with easymag? Instrument (reference 200111). The customer reported that the laboratory suspects contamination with vzc (altona pcr) since (b)(6) 2018. The first two samples have a high signal of (b)(6) with (b)(6). Six (6) samples were (b)(6) with (b)(6) with a value greater than 31. The laboratory decided to retest these samples the next day. Four (4) of the samples tested (b)(6). Results were reported as follows: results: (b)(6); patients samples: (b)(6). Due to the very low (b)(6) signal, the result was sent to the physician with this comment: "weak positive signal /to retest. " the patient (immuno suppressed) received treatment with (b)(6) and left the hospital. An internal biom? Rieux investigation will be initiated.
