It was reported that the saline water went through to the bladder without operating. No patient injury was reported. It was later reported from additional information from the international business center on (b)(6) 2018, that the catheter portion of the device was functioning properly and the water did not come from the balloon of the catheter. It was reported on (b)(6) 2018, that saline water flowed in the tube without operating the syringe. If there was no abnormality on the check valve saline water would not flow to the tube.
