Medtronic received information regarding a navigation system that was used during a functional endoscopic sinus surgery (fess) procedure. It was reported that during the case, an error 64 show up while the surgeon was on the registration screen. The surgeon aborted navigation for the case, but a site representative was able to clear the error message with a reboot and load exams up for cases and view them on the registration screen. There was reported delay of less than one hour due to the issue. There is no known impact on patient outcome.
