It was reported to boston scientific corporation that a solyx sis system device was implanted into the patient during a procedure performed on (b)(6) 2010. According to the complainant, the patient underwent revisions of the solyx sling on (b)(6) 2013 due to possible partial erosion and interstitial cystitis. Sling erosion was confirmed during that revision procedure. Boston scientific has been unable to obtain additional information regarding the event to date.
