It was reported that during implantation of the intraocular lens, when removing the cartridge, model 1mtec30, from the patient eye, the plunger got stuck in the cartridge. Surgeon in order to remove it made a tear and had to use a stitch to repair the eye. There was no problem with the lens, the lens remains implanted. All the information available were submitted.
