It was reported that a (b)(6) year-old hispanic female patient underwent a primary breast augmentation with mentor memorygel 475cc silicone breast implants which the health care professional reported the following: patient has hives on her upper chest, neck and her back. She doesn't know if it's her implants causing this. She called in only to see if her implants are on a recall list and she didn't want to start a claim. These issues occurred after implantation. The issue has not been confirmed by the physician. At the time of this report, mentor has received no information regarding explantation or an expected explantation date.
