The customer reported via phone call that they experienced hypoglycemia with blood glucose of 53 mg/dl and was treated with dinner. Customer stated battery cap was damaged. Customer stated the contacts on the battery cap were missing. It was unknown if the auto mode was active during the reported event. The device will not be returned for analysis.
