Information received by medtronic indicated that the customer alleging possible insulin pump under delivery because blood glucose not down. Customer had using insulin pump system within 48 hours of reported high blood glucose event. Customer reported that the drive support cap appears to be normal. Customer was neither in emergency room, nor admitted into hospital. Customer had symptoms as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and difficulty in breathing. Customer treated with bolus. No harm requiring medical intervention was reported. The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
