Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump? S had damage reservoir lip ring and reservoir compartment. Customer stated that the little chrome piece on top of the battery cap came off and battery cap was also damage. Customer stated that reservoir was able to lock in place when insert into pump. No harm requiring medical intervention was reported. The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
