MGB Alert Enterovirus v.2.0 Probe Mix ASR , 48 rxns - DSQ Alert Enterovirus v2.0 ASR Probe Mix is an analyte specific reagent that can be used on real-time PCR platforms. The mix contains a chemically synthesized DNA oligonucleotide probe designed to detect a 138 bp nucleic acid sequence within the highly conserved 5’ untranslated region (5’UTR) of the enterovirus RNA genome. The mix consists of a single vial containing 1.3 nmol of a DSQ probe in a 1X TE buffer solution. The probe contains a duplex stabilizing quencher and is labeled with the 6-FAM fluorophore with an excitation wavelength maximum of 496 nm and an emission wavelength maximum of 517 nm.

The probe is labeled with FAM and has an excitation wavelength maxima of 496 nm and an emission wavelength maxima of 517 nm.
