How FDA.report handles information when you browse and search this public-data index.
Information collected#
FDA.report does not require an account. Like most websites, the server may retain limited request logs such as the requested URL, timestamp, browser user agent, referrer, and network address for security, reliability, and aggregate traffic analysis.
Advertising and cookies#
FDA.report uses Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure, and personalize advertising according to your browser and consent settings. You can review or change advertising controls through Google’s ad settings.
Public FDA data#
The records indexed here come from public regulatory datasets and may contain business or contact information published by government sources. FDA.report does not use those records to create user profiles.
External links#
Links to FDA, NLM, Google document previews, and other external services are governed by those services’ privacy policies. FDA.report sends a strict-origin referrer by default and uses a no-referrer policy for embedded document previews.
Data choices#
You can block non-essential cookies in your browser, use browser privacy controls, or browse with JavaScript disabled; the FDA.report search and record pages remain usable without client-side JavaScript.
