HDx Cognition Assessment Platform - HDx Cognition is a digital cognitive assessment platform that supports healthcare professionals in assessing cognitive function. It comprises two user-facing interfaces connected to the HDx Cognition cloud module: 1. **Patient interface:** An iPad application that presents assessment content and collects patient responses and performance data during cognitive tests. 2. **Clinician interface:** A web application that enables healthcare professionals to manage patients, select and administer assessments, record observations, review and analyse results, and generate reports. The software processes data collected during structured cognitive tests and screeners using internal scoring logic and algorithms. Outputs may include raw scores, percentile scores where applicable, cognitive-domain results when the required assessment battery is completed, longitudinal comparisons, and assessment reports. HDx Cognition is an adjunctive tool and is not intended for stand-alone diagnosis.
