Esperance pHLO Aspiration System - As part of the Esperance pHLO Aspiration System, the Esperance pHLO Aspiration Catheter with a compatible aspiration pump and the Esperance Aspiration Tubing Set is indicated for use in the revascularization of patients with acute ischemic stroke secondary to intracranial large vessel occlusive disease (within the internal carotid, middle cerebral - M1 and M2 segments, basilar and vertebral arteries) within 8 hours of symptom onset. Patients who are ineligible for thrombolytic drug therapy or who failed thrombolytic drug therapy are candidates for treatment.

pNOVUS 21 Microcatheter - The pNOVUS 21 Microcatheter is intended for delivering diagnostic agents (such as contrast media), therapeutic agents (such as antiplatelet or vasodilating drugs) and non-liquid interventional devices (such as thrombectomy devices) to intra- and extracranial brain-supplying arteries and intra- and extracranial brain-draining veins.pNOVUS 21 is generally inserted either through a sheath or guide-catheter. Arterial access is typically gained in the femoral, brachial, or radial artery but other access sites (e.g. carotid artery) may be used in rare occasions. Most common sites for venous access are the femoral, brachial, basilic or cephalic vein, but other accessible veins may be used depending on the condition to be treated.

pORTAL® Steerable Hydrophilic Guidewire - The pORTAL Guidewire is a disposable medical device designed for single use only. It is designed to selectively introduce and position catheters and other interventional devices within target vessels. In order to achieve this purpose, the guidewire must be capable of being steered through blood vessels. This necessitates pushing and torqueing capability within the product. The design of the distal section of the guidewire provides steerability, while maintaining the flexibility necessary to negotiate the tortuous path of the blood vessel network. Coatings are placed on the device to improve the lubricity and ease in its advancement through the guide catheter and the blood vessels. Two accessories are provided within the package. These are a Torquer device and an introducer Needle. Both can be used to aid the successful use of the device.

pORTAL® EXT Extension Wire - The pORTAL extension wire is intended to interface with pORTAL Neuro Wire. It is provided sterile and is sold separately in its own packaging configuration. The 115cm extension wire provides a facility to extend the overall length of the pORTAL Neuro Wire. This enables the usable length to be extended during use to aid with over-the wire exchange. This facilitates introduction and positioning of catheters and other interventional devices within the target anatomy, while the guidewire retains its working position at the location of intervention. The stiffness of the extension wire is comparable to the proximal, unground section of the pORTAL Neuro Wire.
