Uses

For the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with

• simple backache
• arthritis
• strains
• bruises
• sprains

Warnings

Stop and consult a doctor if

• symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days

If pregnant or breastfeeding,

consult a doctor before use.

If case of an overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Center right away.

Directions

• adults and children 12 years of age and older:
• slightly chew 1 tablet and allow to dissolve under the tongue, 3 to 4 times a day
• for best results avoid eating at least 15 minutes before and after taking
• children under 12 years of age: do not use, consult a doctor

• do not use if seal under cap is torn, broken, or missing
