DESCRIPTION

Phyto CHX+KET Antiseptic Wipes

Active Ingredients: Chlorhexidine gluconate 2%, ketoconazole 1%, phytosphingosine salicyloyl 0.04%.

Inactive Ingredients: Water, propylene glycol, nonoxynol-9, lactic acid, polysorbate 20, glycerine, fragrance.

INDICATIONS & USAGE

Indications: For use on dogs, cats, and horses only. For antiseptic cleansing of skin infections.

Directions for use: Wipe the targeted area(s) 1 to 3 times daily, or as directed by your veterinarian. Do not allow the animal to lick the treated area. Do not reuse wipes.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS

Cautions: For external use on dogs, cats, and horses only. Avoid contact with eyes. If eye contact occurs, rinse thoroughly and consult your veterinarian. If skin irritation occurs or increases, discontinue use and consult with your veterinarian. Wash hands after use.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Storage: Store at room temperature. Do not freeze.
