Uses

INDICATIONS & USAGE SECTION

For the relief of of pms, menstrual pains and cramps. Consult your health care professional if pain or symptoms persist. Can be used with other types of medication.

Warnings

WARNINGS SECTION

OTC - DO NOT USE SECTION

Do not use if the blister pack is broken.

OTC - STOP USE SECTION

Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms persist for more than 3 days or worsen.

OTC - PREGNANCY OR BREAST FEEDING SECTION

If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.

OTC - KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN SECTION

Keep out of reach of children.

Directions

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION SECTION

Age	Dose
Adults	Chew one tablet every two hours during times of feminine stress. However variation of these directions is acceptable and may be preferable. Best taken separately from meals.
