Blue Defense

Blue Defense™ is a DDBSA sanitizing teat dip that will aid in the prevention of the
spread of mastitis causing organisms. Ample amounts of skin conditioners in Blue
Defense™ keep teats soft and smooth.

use instructions:

Pre-Dipping: If teats are dirty, pre-clean with a suitable udder wash and a single
service towel. Dip, spray or foam each teat with Blue Defense™. Leave on teats for
a minimum of 15-30 seconds. Wipe teats dry with a single service towel and apply
milker units.

Post-Dipping: Immediately after milking, dip each teat with Blue Defense™ teat
dip. Allow to air dry.

Always use full strength. If product in dip cup becomes dirty, discard contents and fill
with a fresh solution.

If teat irritation occurs, discontinue use until irritation subsides. Consult your
veterinarian if irritation persists.

Precautionary statement(s):
Do not eat, drink or smoke while using this product. Wear protective gloves, clothing, and
eye and face protection.

First Aid:

General Advice: May cause eye irritation with corneal injury and result in impairment
of vision.
External: If irritation occurs, flush with plenty of cool, running water for at least 15 minutes
while removing contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash clothing before reuse.
Eyes: Immediately flush with plenty of cool, running water. Remove contact lenses; then
continue flushing for at least 15 minutes, holding eyelids apart.
Internal: Call a physician immediately. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth,
then immediately drink one or two large glasses of water or milk. Never give anything by
mouth to an unconscious person.
Inhalation of vapors: Should not occur with proper use of this product.
