PURPOSE

A Lubricant Containing 0.1% Chlorhexidine Gluconate

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

A ready to use antiseptic lubricant for topical or intrauterine application. Non-Greasy; free from irritating effects; will not injure rubber appliances or surgical instruments.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Topical: Remove sufficient amount to cover hand and arm or instruments as required. If desired a small amount of water can be used.

INTRAUTERINE:

Add approximately four ounces of Chlorhexi-Lube per gallon of warm water and mix well.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Store at controlled room temperature 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F).

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

0.1% Chlorhexidine Gluconate.

CAUTION:

Keep container tightly closed.
