Pre-Sept Base

Sodium Chlorite 0.7%

To make a Ready-to-Use solution of Pre-Sept teat dip, add equal volumes of Pre-Sept Base and Pre-Sept Activator into a clean dip cup/container and mix until the color is uniform throughout. Do not dilute. Do not mix with any other products. Mix only the amount needed for a 24 hour period. Discard any unused teat dip. Unused teat dip may be diluted with water and safely flushed down the drain.

A. PRE-MILKING (PRE-DIPPING)
1. Remove visible soils from the teats
2. Observe foremilk by stripping two or three streams of milk into a strip cup.
3. Dip or spray the cow's teats full length with READY-TO-USE PRE-SEPT TEAT DIP.
4. Wait at least 15-30 seconds.
5. Remove all teat dip by thoroughly drying the teats, teat orifices and udder with a clean, single service paper towel(s) to avoid contamination
   of milk.
6. Attach milking unit.

Keep out of reach of children.  Avoid contact with food.  Do not take internally.  Not for human use.

EYE CONTACT: Rinse cautiously with fresh, tepid water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing for 15 minutes. Get immediate medical advice/attention. SKIN CONTACT: For RTU products wash any sensitive areas. INGESTION: Do not induce vomiting. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Drink large amounts of water. If vomiting occurs, keep airways open. Keep head lower than the hips to prevent aspiration into the lungs. Get immediate medical advice/attention.

Do not dilute this product.
Do not return teat dip left in the teat dipper to storage container.
Ensure that dipped teats are dry before exposing the animals to weather conditions which may cause damage to the teats.
Store at room temperature. Always store away from direct sunlight.
Protect this product from freezing. However, freezing will not affect Pre-Sept provided that the contents are thawed completely and agitated thoroughly before mixing base and activator together.
