Assistive electrical shaver

Definition
A battery-powered device designed to be used by a person with a disability to assist them in their personal shaving needs by enabling them to shave their body hair, typically facial, but also includes other body hair, e.g., trimming the hairline and beards. It is moved over the skin surface area to be shaved and is used dry (does not require shaving soap, foam, or gel). It will include rotating cutting heads, rechargeable batteries, and will have a handle and controls suitable for the user. The rotating blades, also referred to as the cutting heads, lie protected beneath a thin cage-like cover through which protruding hair will enter and be cut off.
