Electronic torsional hand exerciser

Definition
An electronic desktop component of a biomechanical function analysis or rehabilitation system intended to be used by a patient during rehabilitation/analysis of the arms/hands/fingers, whereby it provides rotational resistance and may be intended as a controller/exerciser with an interactive videogame-like display. It is intended to be used with software/computer interface devices (not included) and with an off-the-shelf computer/laptop.
