Laser printer

Definition
A monochrome or colour printer that uses a laser and the electro-photographic method to print a full page at a time. A laser printer is often called a page printer or an electronic printer. The laser is used to "paint" a charged drum with light, to which toner is applied and then transferred onto the media (paper or other). The toner is then fused to the media.
