A device designed like a rack or a stand (e.g., a metal framework) that is used to hold one or more laundry bags (also known as hamper bags) whilst they are in use (being filled with soiled laundry). Full bags are closed and put on a trolley (cart) to be transported to the laundry. This is a reusable device.
