Nipple former

Definition

A non-sterile device intended to prepare flat or inverted nipples for breast feeding; it is not intended to contact the baby. It is typically either a moulded dome-shaped device intended to apply pressure to the areola, or a manual pump intended to provide gentle suction to extend the nipples. It is intended for home-use. This is a reusable device.
