A device designed for the safe use of filling a pipette manually when handling potentially hazardous liquids. The device typically consists of a rubber or plastic bulb and a valve mechanism. This allows for the operation of the pipette by squeezing the bulb for suction producing a partial vacuum for the induction/aspiration of the liquid, stopping the intake at the desired level, and expelling the fluid out of the pipette.
