Resuscitation kit
- Definition
- A prepacked kit in a portable case containing emergency items (e.g., emergency pharmaceuticals, airway tubes, face masks or resuscitator) which is kept in readiness for use in emergency situations. It will be strategically placed around a hospital, institutions, vehicles belonging to the emergency medical services (EMS), and places the public frequent. This is a reusable device.
