An implantable metal component (a hollow cylinder) of a spring-driven spinal distraction assembly designed to keep the springs in a fixed position on the system rods, enabling continuous spine lengthening and curvature correction. It is primarily intended for children with early-onset spinal deformities such as scoliosis.
