A noninvasive configuration of multiple electrodes (belt-like) designed to be used with a thoracic electrical impedance tomography (EIT) or segmentography system, and intended to be attached to the skin surface of a patient to perform continuous bioimpedance measurements throughout the thorax; it is intended to be used to provide real-time assessment of lung function or pulmonary conditions/treatments (e.g., atelectasis, pneumothorax, endotracheal tube misplacement) of a ventilated or spontaneous breathing patient. This is a single-use device.
