A non-bioabsorbable tubular device typically implanted at the junction of the abdominal aorta and the common iliac arteries to reduce pressure on an abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA); it does not contain anticoagulants or pharmaceuticals that prevent narrowing of the vessels.
