MICSI-PET is an image processing software that can be used for image enhancement in PET images. It computes quantitative metrics including regional SUVr (Standardized Uptake Value ratio), Centiloid scores for amyloid and tau PET, and z-scores compared to normative controls.
A software program intended to display, analyse/process, and possibly acquire nuclear medicine images, to support a healthcare provider with clinical assessment (e.g., diagnosis, triage, image quality enhancement) of a condition. The images are acquired via a gamma camera, positron emission tomography (PET) or single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT); it may in addition be designed for use in conjunction with x-ray or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) devices. It is not dedicated to treatment planning and does not incorporate adaptive/dynamic machine learning (ML) models.
