It emits near-infrared energy (980nm and 1064nm) with a peak power output of 15W to provide photobiomodulation and heating for temporary relief of rhinitis symptoms, including nasal congestion, itching, runny nose, and sneezing. The device features a skin-contact sensor for safe operation and offers three selectable treatment levels.
