Directions For Adults and Children over 6 years: Chew 1 tablet at takeoff, 1 approximately every 2 hours, and 1 upon landing. No need to wake up if you are asleep; get your rest and continue with tablets when you up.

Purpose*
Arnica montana - Sleepless and restless when overtired
Cocculus indicus - Constant drowsiness after loss of sleep. Headache from traveling
Kali Phosphoricum - Weak and tired from overexertion. Headache from fatigue
Gelsemium Sempervirens - Insomnia from exhaustion
Nux Vomica - Heartbum, anxiety and restlessness
Argenticum Nitricum - Mental anxiety
