OTC - ACTIVE INGREDIENT SECTION

Senna Syrup (8.8 mg/5 mL)

Active ingredient per 5 mL(1 Unit Dose) Sennosides 8.8 mg

OTC - PURPOSE SECTION

Drug Facts

Purpose

Laxative

INDICATIONS & USAGE SECTION

Uses

  • relieves occasional constipation (irregularity)
  • generally causes bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours

WARNINGS SECTION

Warnings

Do not use laxative products for longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor.

Ask a doctor before use if you have

  • stomach pain, nausea, or vomiting
  • noticed a change in bowel habits that lasts over two weeks

Stop use and ask a doctor if you haverectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of laxative. These may indicate a serious condition.

PREGNANCY SECTION

If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a healthcare professional before use.

OTC - KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN SECTION

Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away (1-800-222-1222)

Directions

  • shake well before use
  • do not exceed recommended dose

Inactive ingredients flavor, methylparaben, propylene glycol, propylparaben, purified water, and sucrose.
