Open the cap and rotate the massage head. Squeeze the bottle, apply an appropriate amount to the desired area, using the built-in massage heads to roll up and down, then massage until absorbed.

Apply the massage oil on damp skin after taking a shower or bath as this will lock in the moisture. Massage the oil into skin until it is absorbed.
