ACTIVE INGREDIENT

• Active ingredients: Purpose
• Lidocaine HCl 4%: Topical anesthetic
• Phenol 1.5%: Topical anesthetic

PURPOSE

Use

• for the temporary relief of pain

Warnings

For external use only.

Do not use

• on large areas of the body or on cut, irritated or swollen skin
• on puncture wounds
• for more than one week without consulting a doctor.
  

When using this product

• use only as directed. Read and follow all directions and warnings on this carton
• do not allow contact with the eyes and mucous membranes
• do not bandage or apply local heat such as heating pad or a medicated patch
  
• do not use with other topical analgesics.
  
  

Stop use and ask a doctor if

• rash or irritation develops
• symptoms worsen or persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days.

PREGNANCY OR BREAST FEEDING

If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN

Keep out of reach of children.If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Directions

• adults and children 2 years of age and older:apply to the affected area no more than 3 to 4 times daily
• children under 2 years of age;: ask a doctor
