PURPOSE

A Lubricant Containing 0.1% Chlorhexidine Gluconate

INDICATIONS:

A ready to use antiseptic lubricant for topical or intrauterine application. Non-Greasy; free from irritating effects; will not injure rubber appliances or surgical instruments.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

TOPICAL: Remove sufficient amount to cover glove, sleeve or instruments as required. If desired, a small amount of water can be used.
INTRAUTERINE: Add approximately four ounces of Chloradine® Lube per gallon of warm water and mix well.

ACTIVE INGREDIENT:

. . . 0.1% Chlorhexidine Gluconate.

INACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

Purified Water, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Propylene Glycol, Color and Fragrance.

STORAGE:

Store at controlled room temperature between 15° - 30°C (59° - 86°F). Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
