DIRECTIONS:

Suitable for adults and children ages 12 and over.
Spray 2-3 times in mouth. Keep in mouth for 15 seconds before swallowing. Use up to 6 times a day as needed. Use at least 10 minutes before or at least 10 minutes after eating or drinking.
