Temporarily relieves discomfort due to hysteria, including occasional faintness, nervousness, trouble sleeping, fluid retention, heaviness in the abdomen, muscle contractions, shortness of breath, irritability, loss of appetite for food or sex, desire to be the center of attention, inappropriate behavior even sexually, superficial expressions of emotions, and being easily influenced.*
