Purpose

Uses: To promote skin elasticity and strengthen hair and nails.

Dosage & Administration

Directions: Take regularly before meals with a small amount of water. Ages 12 and older: 1 tsp. Ages 2-11: 1/2 tsp.   Under age 2: Ask a doctor.
