For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water immediately. If irritation occurs, stop using the product and consult a doctor. Thoroughly wet your hair and scalp. Apply shampoo and gently massage it into your scalp for 3-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Repeat if necessary. For best results, use daily or at least three times a week.
