HEALTH CLAIM SECTION

Directions: Shake well before each use.
4 mL = 1 mg. Take 4 droppers 20 minutes before bedtime. May be taken directly or combined with water or juice.
Melatonin is a nighttime sleep aid for occasional sleeplessness.**
