OTC - ACTIVE INGREDIENT SECTION

Cream: Miconazole Nitrate 2%

Soap Bar: Clotrimazole 1%

OTC - PURPOSE SECTION

Antifungal

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION SECTION

  • Cures most athlete's feet, jock itch, and ringworm.
  • Relieves itching, burning, cracking, scaling and discomfort which accompany these conditions.

WARNINGS SECTION

For external use only.

OTC - DO NOT USE SECTION

children under 2 years of age unless directed by a doctor.

OTC - WHEN USING SECTION

Avoide contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

OTC - ASK DOCTOR SECTION

Stop use and ask doctor if irritation occurs or if there is noimprovement within 2 weeks.

OTC - KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN SECTION

If swallowed, get medical helpor contact a Poison Control Center right away.

INDICATIONS & USAGE SECTION

  • Wash affected area and dry thoroughly
  • Apply a thin layer over affected area twice daily (morning and night) or as directed by a doctor
  • Supervise children in the use of this product
  • For athlete's foot, pay special attention to spaces between the toes, wear well-fitting. ventilated shoes and change shoesand socks at least once a day
  • For athlete's foot and ringworm use daily for 4 weeks, for jock itch use daily for 2 weeks
  • If conditions persist longer, ask a doctor
  • This product is not effective on the scalp or nails.

OTHER SAFETY INFORMATION

Store at 20°C to 25° C (68°F to 77° F). Close the cap tightly after use.

Cream: Water, Dimethicone, Mineral Oil. Petrolatum, Glycerin, Glyceryl Monostearate, Menthol Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Fruit Extract, Viola Yedoensis Extract Euphorbia Hirta Extract, Murraya Paniculata Leaf Extract, Sophora Flavescens Root Extract, Cnidium Monnieri Fruit Extract, Smilax Glabra Root Extract, Ophiopogon Japonicus Root Extract, Phellodendron Amurense Bark Extract, Gleditsia Sinensis Thorn Extract, Stemona Sessilifolia Root Extract, Borneol, Chlorhexidine Acetate,Dictamnus Dasycarpus Root Bark Extract, Kochia Scoparia Fruit Extract.
