Bacitracin zinc (400 units bacitracin)

Neomycin sulfate (3.5 mg neomyxin base)

Polymyxin -B sulfate 5000 units

Purpose

First aid antibiotics

Uses

First aid to help prevent infection in

• minor cuts
• scrapes
• burns

Warnings

For external use only

Do not use

• internally
• in eyes
• over large areas of the body
• longer tahn 1 week unless directed by a doctor
• if you are allergic to any of the ingredients

Ask a doctor befor use

• in case of deep puncture wounds, animal bites, or serioius burns

Stop use and ask a doctor if

• a rash or allergic reaction develops
• condition worsens or persists

Keep out of reach of children.

If swallowed, get medical help and call a Poison Control Center right away.

Directions

• clean the affected area
• apply a small amount of this product (an amount equal to the surface area of the tip of your finger) 1 to 3 times daily
• may be covered with a sterlle bandage
