DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION

Adults and children 12 years and over:
1 to 2 sprays in each nostril
do not use more often than every 6 hours
do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours
Children under 12 years:
do not use unless directed by a doctor
Do not exceed recommended dosage.

INDICATIONS & USAGE

Gently blow nose to clear nostrils.

Shake bottle well.

Remove cap. Hold bottle upright.

Insert tip into nostril and squeeze to spray while breathing in.

Wipe tip clean and replace cap after each use.

For nasal use only.

Menthol, Borneol, Centipeda herb extract (Centipeda minima), Magnolia flower extract (Magnoliae flos), Chinese wild ginger (Asarum) extract, Cocklebur fruit extract (Fructus Xanthii), Houttuynia cordata extract, Tree peony root bark extract (Moutan cortex), Triethanolamine, Flavor, Propylene Glycol, Diazolidinyl Urea, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate.
