Open cap. Hold bottle opening about 10-15 cm (4-6 inches) away from nostrils. Inhale gently. Do not place directly inside nostrils. A brief inhalation (1-2 seconds) is sufficient. It is recommended to wait at least 60 minutes between uses and not to exceed 10 times in 24 hours. Close cap tightly immediately after use. Use only as needed.
Store in a cool, dry place at 15-25°C (59-77°F). Avoid freezing, excessive heat above 40°C (104°F), and direct sunlight. Do not use if safety seal under cap is broken .
