Indications and uses

relieves heartburn sour stomach acid indigestion upset stomach due to these symptoms symptoms of gas

Dosage and administration

shake well before use adults and children 12 years of age and older: take 10 mL to 20 mL (1 to 2 doses) two times a day, or as directed by a doctor do not exceed 8 teaspoonfuls in a 24 hour period or use the maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks children under 12 years of age: ask a doctor

Storage and handling

each 10 mL dose contains: magnesium 340 mg, sodium 10 mg do not freeze store at room temperature tightly closed

Active ingredients (in each 5 mL, 1 teaspoon)

OTC - ACTIVE INGREDIENT SECTION

Aluminum hydroxide (equivalent to dried gel, USP) 800 mg

Magnesium hydroxide 800 mg

Simethicone 80 mg

INDICATIONS & USAGE SECTION

relieves

  • heartburn
  • sour stomach
  • acid indigestion
  • upset stomach due to these symptoms
  • symptoms of gas

Warnings

WARNINGS SECTION

Do not take more than 40 mL (4 doses) in a 24 hour period or use
the maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks

Ask a doctor before use if you have

• kidney disease

• a magnesium-restricted diet

Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are presently taking a prescription drug.

Antacids may interact with certain prescription drugs.

Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms last more than 2 weeks

If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.

OTC - KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN SECTION

Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center (1-800-222-1222) immediately.
