DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

For the removal of large roundworms, hookworms, and tapeworms in puppies and small dogs, weighing 6 to 25lbs., administer these tablets according to the weight of the animal.

6.0 to 12.0 pounds	Give 1 Tablet
12.1 to 25 pounds	Give 2 Tablets
More than 25 pounds	Use the 114 mg size

Note: For large dogs weighing more than 25lbs., use Dog Worms 3 Chewable Flavored Dog De-Wormer Tablets for Large Dogs. Dog Worms 3 Chewables are recommended for dogs 12 weeks of age or older.

Offer the proper dosage by hand or in the dog's food container, with or without food. Do not withhold food from your dog prior to or after treatment.

Recommended De-Worming Schedule
