HOW TO USE

1. WASH + DRY

Wash and dry hands or feet before applying SweatBlock lotion.

2. APPLY

For hands, Apply a pearl-sized amount to one palm. For Feet, Apply a small amount to each foot.

3. RUB IN LOTION FOR 15 SECONDS

For hands, rub palms together for 10-15 seconds until lotion is fully absorbed. For feet, rub into skin until lotion is evenly dispersed and absorbed. Wash hands after foot application.

Directions

• Wash and dry hands/feet thoroughly before applying.
• For hands: Apply a pearl-sized amount to palm, then rub palms together for 15-20 seconds.
• For feet: Apply a small amount to both feet and massage into skin until evenly dispersed.
• Tip for Success: For the first 4 weeks, apply nightly before bed and at least 2 times per day. After that, apply as needed. The more you use SweatBlock, the more effective it can be.
