Active Ingredients:

Chlorhexidine Gluconate 2%
Ketoconazole 1%

Inactive Ingredients:

Water, Lauramine Oxide, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Polyacrylate-1 Crosspolymer, Decyl Glucoside, N,N-Dimethyltetradecylamine Oxide, Glycolic Acid, Fragrance, Sodium Chloride, Glycerin, Decylamine Oxide, Cetamine Oxide, Tetrasodium EDTA, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone

Warnings:

For use on dogs and cats only.

 Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Rare but serious allergic reactions in humans have been reported with exposure to chlorhexidine gluconate. Discontinue use and seek immediate medical attention if signs of an allergic reaction occur.

 Avoid contact with eyes or other mucous membranes. If eye contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if irritation persists.

Storage:

Store at room temperature 68-77˚F (20-25˚C).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Paw Science Medicated Shampoo is formulated to manage skin irritation and inflammation associated with bacterial, fungal, and yeast skin conditions.

1. Shake well before each use.
2. Wet the coat with warm water.
3. Apply enough shampoo to create a rich lather.
4. Allow the shampoo to remain on the skin for 5 to 10 minutes.
5. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
6. Wash your hands after use.
7. Use 2 to 3 times per week, or as directed by your veterinarian, until condition improves.
8. If undue skin irritation develops or increases, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian.
